This is probably manufactured to get more free publicity because she doesn't do any legitimate work, but I'm going to post it because I find that powdery mark on her dress very suspect.
If you think back to the video of Kate Moss getting caught doing coke, she had her CD case in the exact spot that Lindsay has her spot.
This linked with the fact that she's travelling in Europe with her "assistant" Patrick Aufdenkamp who has always been present when she's going bad kind of confirms to me that she's back on the poudre.
