So it's happening today! the DA is going to press felony charges on Lindsay Lohan for the necklace theft.
They asked the model whose fur coat she stole (inset) to be a witness, but she refused. Doesn't want to get involved. Probably a smart idea.
They're trying to prove this is a pattern and that she needs help.
