Lindsay Lohan is OUT.

So, originally, when Lindsay Lohan was told she'd be released from rehab, she said she'd stay some extra time so that she could ease into regular life and sobriety slowly.

Well, that lasted about 4 hours.

Bitch is OUT.

She left Betty Ford shortly after no longer being legally bound there.

The fun part about her story is that it looks like she may go to jail. The police department of the city around Betty Ford is looking to arrest her and press charges for the incident involving the staff member at Betty Ford.

Even though Betty Ford and Dawn, the former staffer, said they don't want to pursue charges, the police still want to. They were called to the house and saw stuff...so basically it doesn't matter. If they saw anything, she's screwed.

If they do decide to penalize her for any of the activities that night, she could go to jail for 180 days...6 months. IMAGINE? I will DIE. DIE!

Apparently though, that incident isn't the only thing that's weighing on her. The DA wants to go after her for a few things.

She's back in court in February. Let's see how this month goes now that she's moved into a new apartment only a few steps away from her ex girlfriend Samantha Ronson's...
