I know I don't know Tara Reid, per se, but I would really, really like to hold an intervention for this girl. She is a bloody mess. Seriously. If it's not bad enough that she paid to mutilate her body (and not in a good way), she also intentionally made her hair look like a scarecrow's. What is with that fried mess of a head?
