This is Tyra Banks from this past week's Moth Ball in NYC. Isn't she some kind of fashion/beauty/modelling guru? Why would she leave the house like this? I don"t understand this look. It's coked-out-club-kid-meets-Dynasty-extra. It's too much black and grey shadow, not enough liner, eyebrows are too light for the heavy eye makeup, and the lipstick is doing nothing to tie it together. The earrings are kinda hot though.
