I understand that they want to feature the lip gloss to the best of their abilities, but I think this illustrates the point that you should always get someone outside the process to take a look at things. I'm sure everyone at Rimmel was looking at the background and her lip color. Not paying attention at all to the fact that her face is almost unrecognizable.
Why pay someone to endorse if you're going to change her nose, lengthen her face, reposition her facial features, etc?
Photoshop is evil sometimes. But really good if you have a pimple.
