Heather Locklear has been out of the limelight for a while. She went through a bad period where she got pulled over and was high out of her tree, or drunk, can't remember.Either way, I think she went to rehab and it looks like her rehab offers touch up's too, because someone's face looks really fresh.
She looks WAY too young to be that old.
Not saying she doesn't look good, but this is not believable. I wish people would be more honest about the plastic surgery they get done, it would be so much more fun.
