Here's a random photo of Rose McGowan outside a show at Fashion Week in NYC. I live not too far north of there, so I hear the forecasts daily and I know it's not that warm out.
Also, I have eyes and I can see the people behind her dressed in full length coats, hats & scarves.
Is this woman nuts? She must be so cold! She has been looking wonderful lately though. I love the look...
