What an idiot. Sources say that isn't weed she's smoking, but salvia...but to fair, salvia isn't effective unless it's burned at a specifically high temperature, so I'm calling BULLSH-T! In order to actually hallucinate on salvia, you have to burn it with a creme-brulee torch or a blow torch...you need a blue flame.
How I know this? Errr...
Either way, Miley is SO that super annoying girl who didn't inhale but still acted crazy high at your high school parties. If I was the girl with the phone it would have been up her nasal cavity right after she said 'bad trip', fortunately for us, this girl has some journalistic aspirations going on there.
