Joe Manganiello Has Changed...

If you are anything like me, you were hella awkward in high school. I had a non-stop growing nose, puberty came late and I thought wearing old men's clothes was good (Beauty Writer too, btw).

It appears, Joe Manganiello (of True Blood fame) had a rough time in high school too, and he's written a book about training.

On behalf of ladies everywhere, I think working out for the new and improved Joe.
