A lot of people are saying she looks drunk, but I think it's more. Whose eyes look like that when they're wasted? I have seen people look like that when they're high...on anything. Could be NyQuil, could be a glass of wine and a back pain reliever (cocktail of the glamorous)...but it's something more than just booze.
