Hilary Duff: Not looking great in a bandage dress

Further validating my theory that bandage dresses do not flatter most bodies...here is Hilary Duff, who is super cute, not fat and lovely looking terrible in a bandage dress.

Sure, it COULD be the color, but it's also the hair and the fact that she looks like she can't breathe.

I don't get how some people leave their houses in some outfits. Do they not have mirrors? In her case - no stylist?!?! Personal assitant?!
