For once, I actually think this outfit is part of a role she's playing in a movie, but wouldn't you not be surprised at all if you saw her wearing this at one of her concerts?

She's so weird.

Unless this is some kind of fantasy movie I really don't see the point for the weirdo Peter Pan/Pimp hat. Where would one ever purchase such a thing?
