Remember when this one was dating Adam Levine and kept showing up places with her privates hanging out? In comparison, this is downright nun-like for her.
I kind of love this outfit. It's sleek and simple, with a tiny bit of disco sexiness. Makes sense that it's Saint Laurent by Heidi Slimane.
Lindsay Lohan:
So this hot mess went out this weekend wearing this mess of an outfit. Um, Lindsay? It's December. I am currently in LA and it's not warm enough to make that outfit appropriate. Pants are a requirement in December. Just, please.
Olivia Palermo:
In general, I believe Olivia Palermo to be pretty spot-on trend-wise. And she generally looks amazing, rocking things I wish I could rock. Her bank balance helps. Mine is in a Kevin Hart kind of situation.
Above: She's wearing sequins, black and animal print shoes, which further prove my point that animal print is the new black (deal with it). It should be too much all together, but it's not. It's classy and very nice.
Below: I have been really on the edge about plaid and about fringe. I had never considered them together, but she makes this work. Having lived through grunge the first time, plaid scares me. I used to wear plaid PJ pants to school in grade 7. Oy.
Lately, when I like plaid, it's done in a very non-grunge way. For example, below, paired with a pretty great fringe skirt and pretty, feminine details.
God I love her.
